Authorisations granted by customs decisions

Incomplete presentation of an activity or misunderstanding of terms used in an application for authorisation can lead to difficulties in applying the obtained authorisation. Based on our experience, we advise on the information to be provided in the applications for authorisations granted by the customs decisions *, related to the application of customs legislation, assist in the preparation of supporting documents, make proposals for the accounting system adjustments and facilitate the practical implementation of the authorisation. When authorised by an economic operator, we submit the applications via the Customs Solutions Entrepreneur Portal.

* Authorisations provided by customs decisions: application of a comprehensive guarantee, inward or outward processing, temporary admission or end-use, temporary storage or customs warehousing, use of the status of an authorised consignee and/or consignor and special seals, authorisation for the status of the authorised issuer, etc.
